What utter hogwash!!! It was not resolved successfully at this time I was sitting in the Neotel hut.

Then received the two mails attached only to be stuffed around with a hot poker that Neotel must have thoroughly enjoyed.

I would however have say that to be called, told that my instrument is under warranty, that it was tested "over-air", that there was a fault found and that I should take it to Neotel where they will test it and replace it, only to arrive there and hear and conflicting stories while I sat for almost 2 hours, is disgusting to say the least.

Yes, at the time that I complained my device was in warranty, the new... sorry, ...replacement device delivered to me was used and so my warranty on the original device falls away (how is that possible?). Then I discover the replacement device issued to me was much worse than the one I had. At the time the Neotel person said "sorry we do not replace with new devices" even if under warranty. What a cheek.

I cannot believe that because you ladies crossed wires, Chris at your Midrand Customer hut, had to phone all over the place while you corrected and changed your stories.
