STILL GETTING BILLED AND DEBITED FOR ACCOUNT

In complete frustration and with every other alternative having been exhausted, I'm now turning towards HelloPeter.com in the hopes that maybe a bad public report will get MTN's attention long enough to resolve my complaint.
In mid August, 2012 I received a sales call from MTN from a lady by the name of Andrea Elijah and as I was interested in getting Uncapped ADSL and had heard about their MTNLite Uncapped promotion, I enquired about it and she explained that you received a MTN WiFi modem with uncapped internet, whereby the first 3GB of data a month was unshaped (unthrottled) wherafter you were throttled as per their AUP. I agreed to the deal and she processed my details telephonically. I also asked about the possibility of cancellation if I was unhappy with the product and she told me that Vodacom did offer a 10 day no-charge return policy. When I returned the product within 7 days, having been told I had to do so at their CSC in the Glen but they not only failed to cancel my contract but have been billing me ever since and deducting money from my ASBA account. I've gone back to their store in the Glen, phoned them many times, but I'm still struggling and losing money every month!
