I have been struggling with 8ta for about 3 months now and they tell me the same nonsense every time. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get assistance. No one seems to know what the problem is and according to their technicians I have signal and every thing should be working. I can't open a single web page and can't connect to any device without getting error messages. I will refuse to pay until I'm sorted out and have a decent internet connection. It seems that you guys can just give bad service and get away with it even though I've been paying for your sevice. Really frustrated with this nonsense!
