I am due for an upgrade since 1 May 2013 and what a nightmare!!! First the online upgrade which never materialize, then the 0821959 number, which is even more non existent and then going from shop to shop, where you get told new customers are more important than existing ones and to put the cherry on top of the cake the wonderful "Vodacom" can't even update the internet, I mean really??? How are you supposed to look at current deal when they have expired already??? Comparing what Vodacom offer vs the rest of the industry is shocking!!! Little value for a much bigger monthly subscription, I suppose the one store manager was correct in saying new customers are higher priority due to the fact that they generate more income. If that is your stance Vodacom I am sure it will bite you, how about rewarding your customers who have 5 x lines with you for 48 months and never skipped a payment??? This is the way you treat them? Sadly everywhere I get a better deal except from you, I am considering porting my number back to pre-paid to rather go to a network that really gives their clients the best.
