STAY AWAY FROM MTN CONTRACTS!!!

On 03/12/2012 I applied for a router with MTN. I have my own business so internet is a must. The first month the router never even worked once! They told me the MTN Tower was out of order for that time. I told them within the first week I can not go on like this and want to cancel my contract. (How do you pay for something that you can't use?). I returned the router and they sed that they cancelled my contract. MTN can check the usage of the router and they will see it was never used. After 5months I receive thread's from their call centre regarding payments. HELLO? I THOUGHT THIS ISSUE WAS SORTED. I CANCELLED THIS CONTRACT 5 MONTHS AGO? I AM SO FED UP WITH THE NAME MTN. IF their service was not so pathetic I never would have cancelled in the first place. Please go ahead and sew me for the account... I will make sure everybody who has the ability to read knows how pathetic your service is and how incompetent your staff and call centre is. Further more I will also contact my business lawyer to fight this case. YOU ARE FROM PEOPLE BY MAKING THEM PAY FOR A SERVICE THEY HAVE NO USE OFF. DO YOU PAY FOR DSTV AND IT'S OUT OF ORDER FOR A MONTH? I DON'T THINK SO!
