Upgrade turned out to be a Nightmare!

Did upgrad - BB on 4 May 2013, /- 24h00 @ night. BB came on for few secs and went off. Problems setting up e-mail etc. Called the Call Centre & got through to a very rude female pretending not to hear me. She shouted I'm ending the call you must call back. I tried again, got through to Themba, trying to helpful and asked me to call back in an hour as I need to speak to Technical but was offline at that stage but asked me to call 808 from a MTN line and the technical guys will assit. He told me to ask them to remove and re-load the absolute and problem will be solved. Sunday the 5th of May, still no services and again late afternoon I spoke to Kenny who said he escalated the problem. Monday, 6th of May @ 16h00 I called in again and spoke with a lady (cant pronouce her name - Noxoluma), friendly and helpful and said she logged the problem and she was the only one to give me a reference no. 99736664, but more than 24 hours later today at 19h05 we still have no use of the service. How long must we wait to get service. It was a BB, Just upgrade to another and now this bull, If so I will cancell this contract. I did a Cell C contract today and had service immediatly. WHY???
