MTN, you want to know why you are losing so many customers? Follow my 4 month long thread here, with follow-up complaints, with our standard answer of "Sorry, we will action it", only it never happens.

Mid April I complained yet again here, I got the standard reply here, and on 24 April an email from Boy Jones asking for a bank statement as proof that a debit order went off (strange that you cannot see this in your system). I supplied this to him on the SAME DAY, and folllowed up with an email a week later, but to date, have not heard from him again.

This is your last chance to fix things guys, then I'm off to ICASA.

1. Please do not respond here until you've sorted out the issue, there seems to be a disconnect between who answers here and the "faith" they have in whoever is sorting out the issue, that never happens.

2. Please do not reply with a company email address, but with a personal one, copying managers, so I can reply and get some ACTION without having to come back here.
