Just plain service

After lodging my first complaint here I thought these people would actually be serious and assist me. It seems like they have not, I have since them an e-mail as they asked me too but even now, nothing. It has been 5 days now and still no feedback. No phone call, no e-mail... nothing... nada!

Can someone please assist. And I really need something to be done now as the silence aint good at all.
