Mail Solutions Nightmare Since January

I opened up standalone mail box account in January.

I have had no luck with the call centre as no one can assist me and I get transferred back and forth with no success because I don't have a fixed Telkom Line account and only a mailbox. I try emailing for help and get a reply to say someone is looking into it and will get back to me... no one ever does. This is now the second complaint I'm posting on this site about the same topic.

After four months I still just want to do the following:
1. Confirm my bank details as no debit order is going off my account monthly as it's supposed to
2. Get an invoice emailed to me so that I know where my account stands

Is there anyone out there who can finally assist?!?
