Delay in Sim Swap

I got a new S4 and needed to do a sim swap. According to the guys at Cell C I would need to wait up to 6 working days for them to call me back to do the swap. when pushed the call center agent admitted it was due to under-staffing at that department.

There is absolutely no reason that an agent needs 6 working days to call back to do a Sim transfer other than a lack of concern for the customer. As per usual at Cell C if I was a prepaid customer it would have been done immediately for free. Its only us suckers who take out contracts and cant leave that get this poor treatment.
