On 6/5/13 I have had to call Telkom New Business 5 times and each time I am being asked for all the information and the call goes nowhere. I am realising it might be easier to go into the branch - which defeats the objective and wastes my time!!! We are moving into a new building and I am trying to enquire about existing infrastructure in the area or how long a new service will take to install.
