Slow 2 cancel contract 4 service they cant provide

I called the customer care -3Sep13 (ref 85113628A) to transfer my line since I was moving. I asked to discontuniue my current line on 3Oct'13. 9Sep'13 I received a SMS (ref 461563/35) which read "... since there is insuffucient infrastructure in your area to provide broadband service..." I called the call center after this, they said telkom will install the line in the new area as soon as there is infrastructure. 29Sep13 I visited the telkom store in Woodlands Mall, PTA. The lady told me my line will be installed when the north west's telkom have funds which will be available in the new financial year in March 2014!!! 3Oct13 I called the call center (ref TOC 77190599) to cancel my line since telkom cant provide infrastructure in my new area. They said a they call me back shortly to confirm the cancelation. 7Oct13 I visted the telkom store in Rustenburg Mall they said I should call the call center to cancel the line sine they cant see any cancelations on my line which I did (ref TOC 367809753), AGAIN!!! The lady in the store even logged a dispute on my account for the call center to cancel my line. NO ONE called me back since and I STILL dont know if my line will be cancelled.
