Incompetence and poor customer service

I have been trying to claim insurance on a damaged phone this week, I have had to physically go to the branch 3 times this week. Every time I have gone through, I have been informed that i need a different document, or the claim cannot be processed today. Every time I have gone to the store, it has been under the impression that everything going to get done. From not being able to give me a form to fill to being told that there is a missing step eg, I was only told the 3rd time that i needed a technicians report on the damage and that this can take up to 4 weeks, why only the 3rd time I went.

My issue with the fact that I am wasting time and money every time I see these people and at no point did anyone tell me everything I had to do. I am simply learning a new step every time I go there. When i did ask them to tell me EVERYTHING that was needed from my side, I was essentially told that I should go to the Cresta or Westgate branch and that the 3 times I had gone into the shop had achieved nothing.

The service and lack of knowledge about their services was disgraceful, and the excuse that "I wasn't here that day" is not actually good enough. My money is best spent elsewhere
