Hi i recently lodged a claim for cellphones and hand bag, (250049839 4 Mr A Singh). i called lebogang today to in form her that i got a new phone that i wish to insure, she then tells me i am not suppose to buy a new phone and that i should wait for her to sort the claim out first as they will not pay me cash for anything, Now virgin money where is this stated in the policy please tell me? when logging the claim i was NEVER told not to buy another phone until the claim has been resolved? go listen to your recording pls. In this day and age does virgin insurance really think it is practical for a customer to be with out a cellphone for a week? really especially when you a working mother that needs to contactable at all time
The fact that LEBO didnt even want to entertain the notion of me insuring the new phone whilst she is busy with my claim is very diturbing, makes one think that my business is not needed!!! it all very well and good when siging up for a policy but come claim time theres always hoops to jump through first before things get sorted, really not happy with this service.
