Failure to meet customer expectations

I have my cellular account with Nashua mobile for 16 years now. I took it over from my previous company/employer when they had a change of policy in 1997/1998. i have been paying the account since then and have not missed a payment or short paid in all theses years. Not once. I travel extensively overseas and my cellphone is an extremely important tool for me to receive mails and be reachable at any time in any country.
During December 2012 I received an SMS from Nashua mobile informing me that I have reached my call limit and I have been soft locked. Was i surprised! A ridiculous low amount in the order of R 2 700 - where I previously had accounts of thousands more. I had to call them from my wife's phone to fix this. I was informed it was a decision by the finance department of Nashua mobile due to international. I explained that I cannkt have a limit and I was informed that it was removed. I thought this was now solved. To my surprize this now happened to me again whilst in e USA. I have spend again a lot of time on my wife's phone to fix it. Who will pay now for this? They "unlocked" me yesterday just to lock me again today? This does not satisfy my needs as a travelle
