Well hello again..

23.12.2013 - Have not yet receive my monthly statement.
24.12.2013 - My phone is Soft Locked, "Keep in mind I have not yet received my monthly statement".
30.12.2013 - 6:50am I sent an email to Bheki Dhlamini who I know previously worked with account problems and ask why they locked my phone and If he can sent me my monthly statement.
His response is that there was a There is a short payment of R71.95 for a debit order reversal fee and he has changed departments, in the future I must contact [Email Removed]

30.12.2013 - 9:49am I email [Email Removed] once again asking for my monthly statement and above mentioned question. (No response for the rest of the day)
31.12.2013 - 8:15am I phone Client Service and ask if they can sent me my statement. 9.24am I receive the Statement and make the indicated payment as displayed and email the proof of payment to THATO.SEEKOEI and [Email Removed] and asking to remove the soft lock from my phone.

02.01.2014 - My phone is still locked and still no response from anyone.

Must say this is great Customer service. Now please unlock my phone.
