The shear incompetence of Nashua Mobile in their ability of simply correcting a basic billing area is quite frankly shocking and underwhelming.

Since renewing my contract from 1 March 2013 (perhaps my biggest mistake), Nashua have been incorrectly billing me, with charges ranging from airtime I never used to discounts promised not being loaded. This has been raised every month through numerous emails, all promptly responded to just erroneously almost every time. Please, less haste and more care in what you say. It just compounds the issue, delays a resolution and confuses everyone.

To add insult to injury, you fail at the number one rule of a positive client/customer experience. IF YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO DO SOMETHING, THEN DO IT! I was told the errors would be fixed this month (May). But no. Strike three and Hello Peter I come.

It's a poor effort. A waste of time and makes you look like a joke of a company. What are you going to do about it?
