R 150.00 for a Sim Swop

I would just like to express the shock of the cost of s Sim Swop at Cell C. My phone got and now need to replace my sim card. Pricing apparently varies between R80 and R 150.00 . All the shops I have phoned charge R150.00 for a piece of plastic. The is 2 and a half times more expensive more than Vodacom and R 149.00 more expensive then prepaid customers. Where are the shops that charge R 80.00..

What are we paying that premium price for?? For a piece of plastic..
