New S4 without working camera

I recently upgraded my contract with Altech auto page cellular via the call centre from the blackberry torch to the samsung S4. I then started using the S4 Only to find that the camera was not working, it showed a black screen with the message camera failed appearing. I then contacted the call centre and was told to go to a branch close to me, where I was then told that since my upgrade had been done by the call centre the complaint must be lodged with head office.

I called head office back this was in August and they then said that they would open a CPA case and a courier company would collect the phone, I asked if I would be provided with a replacement in the interim to which they said No and told me that I would have to purchase a cheap replacement phone.

I complained that this was ridiciculous as i had been supplied with a faulty prouduct and they should amend
this. However, I then borrowed a replacement phone from a friend and have since attempted to contact them several times For the courier company to collect said phone in order to receive s new one but when ever I do a call operator tells me that someone will get back to me and nobody has for the past 3 weeks.
