Empty promises, still not been resolved

After a promise to sort this out I have been over billed again with still no credit as promised. See below note. Pathetic service. The bottom line was the reply to Hallo peter with a Ref number from MTN.

Hi Richard & Mandy,

I apologise for the delay on my side in providing you with feedback on your MTN Account and the credit to be processed on the account for the incorrect billing. The package has been corrected to the MTN Anytime 100 Top Up with the Eskom discounts. We have submitted a credit request for processing on the account, the credit is for the period December to April, the credit is for the amount of R992.55.

Once the credit has been processed on the account we will send you the confirmation and we can have this amount refunded to your bank account or it can remain as a credit on your MTN account.

What good are ref numbers sort the problem out. I want my money and my contract correct how difficult is it to do.
