My sim card broke about 4-5 weeks ago. everytime i phoned i either had to rica the sim card or i shouldnt have rica the sim card.i bought atleast 10 sim cards trying to get my number back.on wednesday (01/05/2013) i phoned in to do my sim swap, they asked me those ridiculous questions like im suppose to know the date i recharged with airtime!!! after 20 minutes of torment and grief they said i failed verification and should call back.i called back and waited 15 minutes as usual and then got through and finally passed the exam.they said it would take 24 hours to get my old number.i waited 24 hours but got sms to say i got a new number!!! i called in to the call centre and on their ridiculous systems they could not pick up my call!! i spoke to the manager and complained, she said she would look into it and call or email me, until now i have not recieved a thing not even an acknowledgement of complaint!!! i dont see why i should beg for my number. if nothing gets done i will go to the ombudsman and make sure the call centre closes for good as they are getting paid to play with their toes!!!
