I have recently signed TWO contracts with Altech Autopage with specific offerings to the package. From day one and now three months into the contracts it has been nothing less than a administration nightmare! No less than three visits to the store, phone calls, emails to the Admin Department in Johannesburg with no conclusion other than the mess increasing each month. No one in the Admin Dept takes ownership to rectify this situation with the attitude of Autopage smacking nothing more of, "you will just keep paying"! This will not happen and we will send every debit back to Autopage until this passive incompetence is dealt with in a professional manner.
From my visits to the store and hearing other consumers in the Altech Autopage Store, there is a general frustration in regards to the incompetence of Autopages Administration.
This is unacceptable and trust that the Directors of this business sit up take note of what is being said as I can assure you this passive approach is one way to see your business slide away.

Look forward to somebody sorting this out soon failing which we see the contract already in BREACH!
