Incompetence and inefficiency

I have been a client of Altech Autopage for over 18 years. In the beginning of this year I was ready to leave them as their contracts weren't competitive - and their lack of service in this regard. Their retentions office finally convinced me to stay on with them. However, since then I have had a monthly issue with the contract. Despite paying by debit order and being perfectly up to date, my service gets deactivated every month on the 28th. No-one at Altech Autopage can tell me why this happens. Despite spending up to an hour on the phone and being transferred from person to person and department to department, I am no closer to a solution. If anyone at Autopage actually gives a, it would be appreciated if someone could get get back to me with an answer. This is my number - 0828791453- if you care to look into the problem.
