Service and billing query, MTN just dont care

I have 2 amounts on my 3G account relating to roaming overseas, MTN refuse to give me proper feedback, its been ongoing for 3 weeks, their attitude to customers is TOUGH luck that's our system, they have arrogant staff who refuse to go the extra mile and assist you or even get back to you, the service and explanation, staff just get away with not responding, seems its accepted practice and hide behind big companyy syndrome. I have never dealt with such arrogance ever.
