Bad attitude, explanation on pricing

I was struggling for a long time almost an half an hour on the pricing that they want to charge me when I upgraded to the EXTRA package. Firstly the lady assisted me very nicely but then another lady started to assist me with the pricing and said she will phone me back due to my airtime that was wasted by the staff. I phoned again and another lady picked up with a very very bad attitude. She just refused to call back, I told her I only have one minute remaining and still she refused.
I still dont have clarity on why I should pay over R500 for my contract next month. Please phone me back with a proper explanation and definitely apology and who would be liable for my airtime of almost R100 that was wasted by incompetent staff.
