The staff at MTN Capus square clearly dont want to help customers. They make it clear and dont care - Apparently there is no manager there either.

I have been sending my phone in for repairs about 5 times since October 2012. They refuse to replace the phone and tell me to deal with the technical team myself. They cant give answers and even when the phone is ready they dont bother to call and let me know. Being in MTN so much lately, I have heard many people complaining about the same thing.
The white girl there asks the guys for help with everything, she cant answer one query on her own - why is she there, shes wasting our time!!

If MTN doesnt want to assist clients then they should close down and let us go somewhere else.
