I am very disappointed n the service i have received from both the agent Princess and her supervisor. I have been promised that the supervisor will contact me. It has been a week already and i was promised it wont even take 24hours for her to conatct me. i have been a loyal mtn subscriber but after this i am changing networks... I will be porting my number to vodacom.
