WORST SUPPORT I HAVE EVER SEEN

I have The MTN Sharelink, I have complained to MTN for over 7 months now, the first few months they have not done anything to help solve the problem.

I was on a phone call to MTN the other night for 24-25 min, it took my internet a full 21 min off the call to load the MTN website as it was requested by the guy i spoke to.

They have recently put an antenna in my house but the internet is still slow and takes ages to load pages.

I WANT THIS SOLVED! I have spoken to to many people that just doesnt help, they say they will get back to you but they never do!
