Cell Data Blackberry service barely works

So I've been with Cell C for awhile now and its been a year since I've been on contract with them with BIS. I am so appalled and frustrated with the service. Bbm hardly ever works. You can try whatsapp but the data is just frozen. Nothing goes through for hours at a time. Even with a full 3G signal nothing goes through. Not even if you want to simply google something.

Also, giving people reduced rates while dropping half their calls does not resemble value for money by a long shot.

I am honestly thick of this now and if this is not going to be sorted out I need to take steps to be released from this contract.
