VERY BAD SERVICE

Did a cell phone upgrade on the 3/4/13 returned cell phone on the 10/4/13 images could not be viewed, brand new phone had to be sent away for repairs. May 1st air time was not received, called the store on May 2nd lady promised to return my call, call was not returned. Called the store a 2nd time spoke to Naeemah who promised to call back Fri Morning May 3rd. Time 10h50 and still waiting.
