I handed my phoe in for repairs on 6 April. It was sent to the Advanced Repair Centre on 8 April which I was informed of via sms. On 15 April I received another sms stating that it was in the assessment process. This was the last sms I received. I was told at the repair centre that it would take 5 - 18 working days. So on day 19 which is today I phoned to enquire about my phone.
The lady which was helping me was half heartedl speaking to me on the phone and when I asked why she was saying things that didn't answer my enquiry she said that she was also busy with someone else. So I told her that this was bad service and asked ot speak to someone who could actually speak to me. She cut me off and put me thorugh to the manager. He then proceded to speak to me and her at the same time (once again rude) and said but she was busy with someone else. He had no regard for good service either, no wonder the staff are so bad too.
I will be collecting my phone today and will NEVER go back there. I have been a customer for 13 years with the same number and when my contract ends I am planning on moving to a serice provider who has basic manners never mind good service.
