Statement being sent to incorrect address

I have been receiving a statement for another person for the past 6 months. I have phone into the Service Centre on 5 occasions, I have taken a copy of the statement to my local MTN branch in Ballito, I have taken a copy of the statement into the Umhlanga Support Centre. Nothing has been done about it. I frequently get put on hold, the latest today where I was put on hold twice for over 10 mins with no response - and I have a recording of the second instance.
Basically I want my address removed from this account and written confirmation of this action from MTN
The account for which I am incorrectly receiving invoices is A4413874
