Contract Cancellation Not Processed Correctly

Due to negligence from a Vodacom Cancellations Department Consultant, I have now been charged the amount of my contract for two months after the cancellation request was processed, and all they have to say for themselves is your profile does not indicate that a request was put through. And the supervisor refuses to assist me in finding the recording or the consultant that helped me process the cancellation, that was done early March.
