Hardly any signal ever!

I have had my Iphone 5 with 8tha for over a month now, I have hardly got any signal in mall and at home none!!

I have to go onto my wifi at home to use my phone for other reasons but not for calls as there has not been signal once and i live in grayston drive which is central CBD!

I am considdering going back to telkom as i never had any issues with them...
