I am really at breaking point as this is the third time I'm logging THE SAME COMPLAINT . Two months ago Telkom menlyn (Olga) confirmed that our area do have wireless reception. After two days of endless struggle I went back to Olga to send a technician. He confirmed that we definitely do not have network receptionand I send an email within 24hrs to cancel my contract. Telkom even phoned me to email a certified I'd which I did. They confirmed they will stop my debit order. On 2 April and 1 May 2013 they put debit orders through, This after I phoned and emailed (AGAIN) after first debit order went off. I never made provision for these expenses and sat with two RD cases with HUGE bank charges, something I'm not used too and as A Credit Manager really affects my credability ruined. To top things off Telkom emailed me a account with my name but with a address inTokia CPT. An address i NEVER used. My landline no use to be 0112387214.Telkom WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT for such a BIG COMPANY
