10 min ago i just had a great experience with a customer support Agent "Olga" from the Port Elizaberth Call Centre. Now their are many things that we don't know as telkom customers that at time negatively affect us because of the lack of knowledge on telkom protocols that are followed and should be explained to customers. All problems that i ever had with telkom are because off i didnt know, no one shared with me on telkoms services procedures and how their billing systems works. Olga shouldn't't be closed up in a building but put in the front seat and made MANAGER for Customer & Public relations. Preventing fires from ever starting. Olga took her time explain my account cycles, what i am doing wrong and how it affects my billing even if i am an hour late with my payments. I can really put on drama with call centres however Olga won me over. She just asked me for 5min to talk to me while i be quite. so i respected that and she set her foundations well. She was knowledgeable in all portfolios of my enquiry and very very very well spoken. Made sense of everything that has went wrong between telkom and i. Well done Olga. You have done well.
