I have gone to Vodacom 4U in Greenstone mall to upgrade my constract. There was a young lady that assisted me with the upgrade. I requested a specific model and asked if they had any in stock, to which she confimred she did. After fetching the phone and then entering my number into the computer she advised that another phone, which was a much more advanced phone, was only phone that would be able to support the contract I had. Unbeknow to me I accepted same. A couple of days later I tried to contact the store manager and owner to advise that I have discovered that this wasn't true and they advised that their "lady" would never have done that. Marco dos Santos the owner of the store has made it the service providers problem and has blamed them for not wanting to take the handset back. I will never and suggest no one goes to Greenstone Vodacom 4U. In the interim I have heard a couple of people complain about the store. Total disregard for the consumer.
