Account paid up full but recieved demand lette

My cellphone account was in arrears with Altech Auto page. I then contacted them and arranged to pay off the outstanding balance of R2500. I then payed it off in 8 months whereby my last payment was the 4th of December '12. I then contacted them again and spoke to Fiaz Diaz and he said that my account is paid up to date and no longer ow them anything. 4 month later I receive a letter that I ow them billing costs of R350.18. Why after 4 months do they bring this under my attention? Pathetic!!!
