INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATES

I recently took out a contract with MTN and am extremely frustrated with the service received.
Firstly, it took MTN 2 Weeks to process my application due to 'backlog' issues. Secondly, my application form was clearly marked for desired debit order date as the 15th of every month. Needless to say MTN attempted to debit my account on the 31st March! with no money available in the account i had to pay FNB RETURN DEBIT ORDER FEES as well as MTN PENALTIES for not honouring the payment! MTN 'apologised' for not 'checking' the applicaiton correctly and promised to rectify the debit order dates. Well! another month has passed and AGAIN MTN debits my account on the 31st April. AGAIN i am liable to pay FNB RETURN DEBIT ORDERS AND MTN PENALTIES! I am 21 years old, and now have a bad payment record because your eager sales assistant and data capturer did not bother to check my applicaiton properly. When is this ISSUE GOING TO BE RESOLVED???
