I joined Virgin Active on the 6th January 2013 and advised the sales consultant that my debit order date should be on the 1st of every month. On the 23th of January attempted to debit my account and the debit order returned meaning my bank charged my for the returned debit order which was not communicated to me.

The call centre is now calling me about the outstanding amount. I don't understand why the account was debited on the 23rd not the 1st as agreed. I would also like to find out who is liable to the cost of the return debit order.

I am really not happy about this ordeal and request Virgin Active to rectify this and pay the cost of my return debit order.
