On my Contract Renewal Ii got a Galaxy Tab and a Galaxy Ace phone. From day one the galaxy ace phone had dropped calls, shut down and rebooted and lost signal.

I have returned the phone 3 times for the same problem. The first time they reloaded the software. This didn't work. The second time I didn't see anything done, however they said they repaired the phone. This didn't work either. Then it was sent in a third time and they just reloaded the software "again". needless to say this didn't work. I even wrote on the booking in document, with the agreement of MUSA and Now Kuben, that they would CC me into their communications at to how they intended to sort out my problem, yet NEITHER person has bothered to do so.

I am not prepared to accept this bad service and if MTN do not respond to me i will be taking this further with the comsumer protection board.
