Being billed for data that l never received

My wife did an application on my behalf and was told that within 72 hours we will get feedback. 72 hours later we followed up with the randburg branch and the 8ta consultant there told me that there was nothing that he can do. I wanted data bundles and 8ta could not deliver. After a week l get a call from the randburg consultant saying the application has been approved. I advised the consultant that l don't need it anymore since l went to competitors to get the data bundles on contract and they are efficient and gave me what l wanted. He told me to call customer care to cancel and l did that. Month end my account was debited. This month end my account was debited again with a much higher bill l meant to pay my kids school fees with. Elizabeth Tuwane hinted that if l go to the bank to get it reversed they will report poor credit record on my profile. Now this is getting out of hand. I think its time l get lawyers involved. I will not tolerate this because of 8ta's inefficiency this is 21st century if you are sitting on applications we will go somewhere. I want this resolved.
