22 days later and still having problems with my link. Pathetic customer service, incompetent staff and a CTO that can do nothing but quote the contract. I switched my link off today as I cannot get any work done The latency is sky high with website constantly timing out and I cannot connect to some local sites. The support staff are not getting back to me and it has been another two days since I logged a request with them. hours and hours on the phone with them and they cannot resolve issues. Absolutely pathetic!
