Terrible service from Cell C

I went to the shop in the Pic Bel centre to upgrade to the Hero Deal: Samsung S111 mini for R229 (that was advertised with much fanfare in the booklet and on posters). They didn't have stock but would contact me when the phone arrived. After countless phone calls I visited the shop 2 weeks later to find that it was closed up?!

In the meantime the Samsung mini S111 is still a 'manager deal', now for R199. I sent an email via the website. Someone called me 3 hours later but she said Cellc can't guarantee the colour of the phone. I wanted a white one (and how difficult can it be to guarantee the colour?). So I cancelled and visited the shop in the Grand Central.

Same thing there - no phones, no one to phone to make a plan?? They said it would take weeks to get a phone? This, even though I could get the phone from the phone consultant within a week?

Why would a company spend so much money on a great advertising campaign with really great deals but then don't have phones?

I send a complaint on Friday 5 April and have not had any reply.

It's been almost 4 weeks and I'm no where nearer to getting a new phone. I'm giving this one more week and then I'm porting.
