My invoice dated 13 April 2013 was excessively higher (R2861.88) than six month average of R276.54. I requested to be emailed my itemised bill/statement on 26 April 2013, for which I was to be charged R17.50 to which I agreed. The email was to have been delivered within 2 - 24hrs. On the 26th April, I received an email that it had been emailed, but nothing has come through till today (01st May 2013). I have been contacting MTN, almost on daily basis, and everytime I am told that it has been emailed.

My bank account was debited R2861.88, and I need to ascertain where all those costs came from, but I am feeling helpless now. I am not getting any help from MTN (ref no. 6445736). I have now tried one of their outlets in Meadowdale (Hyperama Centre), ref 99571957, I am not sure if this will give any joy.

The call centre service is also terrible as I need to hold for too long or my call gets dropped. It is very terrible service by any stretch of imagination.
