I have already posted my first report on 26 April 2013 after which customer services has contacted me. It is already a few days later again and I have not heard anything again. My sim card is still also working. I have confirmed with the other service provider that my number was fully ported to them, Therefore, why is my 8ta sim card still working till this day? my full debit order will also probably go off this month even though I have already cancelled my contract more than 3 weeks ago. What is the next step and after different routes, this terrible service is still not corrected.
