Contract useless, but I still have to pay

When I signed my two year contract I had good signal. For the past year I am not able to make phone calls or recieve phone calls. I logged numerous complaints for myself, my wife and my data card. The respons is always that their fantastic team of engineers and stakeholders are working so hard it is not funny anymore. Not that i notice any difference. The latest feedback is that a new tower is being erected. But my main complaint is that I have been paying my monthly contract with NOTHING in return. I must now be happy that it is almost is resolved, but I paid a full year for nothing. This is just so disrespectful towards loyal customers. And don't forget all the stress this has emposed on us. I have to work shifts and I worry constantly, because my wife is not able to contact me in case of emergencies. But I must be happy it is almost resolved.
