Have been trying since yesterday morning to get hold of someone to assist me with the cancellation of my Cybertrade account - but have had absolutely no luck. Have spoken to so many people who all give me alternative numbers to contact, as well as email addresses which do not work. Besides the run-around is the waiting time, which is up to 30 mins holding on to a call just to speak to someone that tells me to phone a different number? Would someone please urgently get hold of me, i want to cancel a Cybertrade account.
