The three year contract that my wife had paid for up front had not been delivered as promised by the sales rep
After 1 year of unanswered emails. they state that i do not have a contract with them. Even after i sent them a proof of payment from my bank account, my wife done the same. The mentioned that i am lucky as they added me to my wife contract at no extra charge...???
Now on us trying to cancel do to numerous reason which will still be posted they say since i do not have a contract they can not reimburse me. they say they ghave done a full investigation but without even phone the main member of the contract to discuss what transpired... When they say full investigation they mean its not worth there time and they will wait it out. Reason they do this is as you wait for them to acknowledge their fault they deduct from the amount still owing to you and the longer you wait, as they do absolutely nothing to assist or rectify no matter what evidence is put forward, the less money they pay you out. Seems they have spent allot of time and effort to master the art of ripping of there loyal customers.
