I've been complianing about the signal in our area for 2 years now. In this 2 years I had feedback once, which was almost a year ago. We just do not have enough signal to make a call and finish the conversation in one call. The calls drop constantly. There was promises made that I will get a booster, which never happened, there was promises that we will get a new tower for signal, the tower is standing in our area for almost a year, but nothing further. I also know that I am not the only customer complianing, and that there is Vodacom clients complaining as well. The funny thing is that even though I do not have a contract with Vodacom, they actually phoned me back 3 times now, to inform me the progress on what they do to better our signals in this area. I need to keep phoning clients back, which result in extra costs all the time, and sorry you as the client just need to keep on paying your account, otherwise, they will just cut your services. Well I am at the point of stop paying my bill, and influencing other people to stop paying their accounts as well. Our signal is pathetic, and it is getting worse, not better on a daily basis
